Location

Open the bonnet and look on the left-hand side of the engine bay (as you face the car), directly beside the battery. Unclip the black plastic lid and lift it off; the maxi fuses sit along the top edge with the blade fuses and relays below.

Disconnect the battery negative terminal before replacing a maxi fuse. Fuse count varies with engine (petrol/diesel) and equipment; empty positions are normal. Fuse assignment varies by equipment level and production year. Always confirm with the label on the fuse box cover or the owner's manual.
