Location

Sit in the driver's seat and look at the lower left edge of the dashboard, next to the bonnet release lever and the pedals. Pull the small plastic cover down and towards you to reveal the fuses mounted in vertical rows.

This panel carries the interior and body fuses for the E120 Corolla; a separate engine-bay fuse/relay box near the battery holds the maxi fuses and main relays for the engine. Market-specific equipment (e.g. heated seats, fog lights) may not be fitted on every version, so an unused slot can simply mean that option was not ordered. Fuse assignment varies by equipment level and production year. Always confirm with the label on the fuse box cover or the owner's manual.
